Responsibilities
The Team Lead of the Communication Unit is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of communication strategies that support the goals of the Advancement Office. This role supervises content creation, manages media and public relations, and ensures the consistent delivery of key messages across all platforms. The Team Lead coordinates the work of communication staff, collaborates with other units to amplify institutional initiatives, and ensures alignment with the university’s brand and advancement objectives. The position plays a key role in promoting donor engagement, alumni relations, and public awareness of the university’s programs and achievements.
