UNIJOS GOVERNING COUNCIL APPOINTS 7^TH SUBSTANTIVE BURSAR

The 15^th Governing Council of the University of Jos under the leadership of Distinguished Senator Grace Folashade Bent, CON appointed Mrs. Victoria Mangut Mankilik the 7^th Substantive Bursar of the University. This action took place at the Special Meeting of the University Council which held on Tuesday 10^th February, 2026 at the Council Chambers.

Until her appointment, Mrs. Victoria Mankilik Mangut was the Senior Deputy Bursar heading the Salaries and Wages Division in the University. She succeeds Mr. Philip Fada Umbugala, whose tenure ends on 14^th February 2026. She is the first female Bursar of the University of Jos.
