INVITATION TO TENDER

1. The University of Jos (Unijos) invites sealed tenders for the Procurement of Works and Goods

2. Tendering will be conducted under the open competitive method of National Competitive Bidding using a standardized Tender Document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

3. Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with the Corporate Affairs Commission. The Tenderers will be allowed to tender for the number of lots specified in the advert.

4. Qualified and interested Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Procurement Unit, Unijos.

5. Tender Documents may be obtained electronically from the website: www.unijos.edu.ng. Tender Documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.

6. Tender Documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website: www.unijos.edu.ng. Tenderers who download the Tender Document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@unijnos.edu.ng to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a TENDER SECURITY of 2% of the bidder’s total tender sum (Not Applicable)

8. The Tenderer shall paginate the submitted Tender Documents.

9. Completed Tender Documents must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:00am on Tuesday, 28^th July 2026 at the Procurement Unit Conference Room, Third Floor, Senate and Administrative Building, Naraguta. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

11. Late Tenders will be rejected.
