Unijos Vice-Chancellor, Professor Tanko Ishaya presented with a Medal by NUGA officials 
in acknowledgement of the feat recorded by the University during the last Federation of African Universities Games (FASU) held in Lagos where Unijos garnered 18 Medals, 3 Gold, 8 Silver and 7 Bronze Medals, the best position the institution has ever attained in that competition.
