Tolulope N. Ogboru is a Professor in the Faculty of Law, University of Jos, Jos. She was called to the Bar in 1992 and holds a doctoral degree in Law. Her research interest is in environmental law and natural resources law. Consequently, her work has centered around the development of environmental laws and policies. Tolulope Ogboru  teaches environmental law (amongst other courses) both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She has written several articles in her area of specialization and interest in learned journals.

She has participated in various programs and conferences within and outside Nigeria. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Nigerian Association of Law Teachers, the Environmental Law Research Institute and the International Law Association.
