UNIJOS ANNUAL RESEARCH DAY

The University of Jos, Office of Research and Development, cordially invites Staff, Students, Members of the University community and the public to the MAIDEN EDITION of its ANNUAL RESEARCH DAY under the distinguished Chairmanship of Hon. Samuel Godongs, Director-General, Research and Documentation, Government House, Jos.

Theme: “Funding Research and Innovations in Nigerian Universities: Prospects and Challenges”

Keynote Speaker: Dr Salihu Girei Bakari, Director of Research, Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND), Abuja

Lead Paper Presenters: Professor Dung Pam Sha will speak on the topic “The Academic Debate: Research Versus Teaching” while Dr Jose Jackson-Malete will present a paper titled “The Challenges of Funding Research and Innovations in African Universities”.
