Profile: Dr. Darlington Amorighoye (Lecturer 1) holds a PhD in Gender and Film Studies from the University of Jos. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from the University of Jos, a Master of Arts degree in Mass Communication from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He brings a rich interdisciplinary perspective to his teaching and research. He is currently a doctoral candidate in the Department of Media and Communication Studies at the University of Malaya, Malaysia. His academic interests span journalism, media studies, gender, film and women studies. He is known for his versatility and depth of knowledge; he is committed to advancing scholarly discourse and fostering a deeper understanding of these critical fields.
