ICT Facilities
The Library provides spaces for the use of electronic resources. Wireless access to the Internet is available throughout the library at the Bauchi Road Campus and Law Library. The Computer Laboratory at the Bauchi Road Campus has a over 40 3-in-1 touch screen desktop computers, The Computer Laboratory in Naraguta Central Library also has 60 Desktops While the Laboratory in the Lamingo Library has 10 Desktops. Readers are to show their identity cards and book for the use of any of the computers. All campuses have OPAC Points (Desktop Computers to search the Library Online Public Access Catalogue - OPAC)
Electronic resources are available at the library’s web page. They are generally classified into two categories: subscribed databases and open access. For the subscribed databases, user identity is usually required and this can be obtained from the respective Subject Librarians and Systems Librarian. The open access resources are available with a click.
Printing and photocopying facilities are also available in all the libraries.
