RE: INVITATION TO BID FOR GOODS AND WORKS TO BE FUNDED UNDER YEARS 2014/2015/2016/2017 (MERGED) TETFUND ENTREPRENEURSHIP INTERVENTION, INTERNALLY GENERATED REVENUE (IGR) AND YEAR 2019 CAPITAL APPROPRIATION
NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS
The publication by the University of Jos in the Federal Tenders Journal, Leadership and Vanguard Newspapers, University’s Website and Notice Boards of Monday, July 1, 2019 on the above subject matter refers.
This to inform all interested bidders that, the venues for the Collection, Submission and Opening of the Bidding Documents have been changed as follows:
- Collection of Bidding Documents: From Room 80 Academic Planning Building, Bauchi Road Campus to X-WING, Third Floor, Procurement Unit, Room PU 06, Senate/Administrative Building , Naraguta Campus
- Submission of Documents: From Room 94 Administrative Building, Bauchi Road Campus to X-WING, Third Floor, Procurement Unit, Room PU 01, Senate/Administrative Building, Naraguta Campus
- Opening of Technical Documents: From the Senate Chambers, Bauchi Road Campus to X-WING, Third Floor, Procurement Unit Conference Room, Senate/Administrative Building , Naraguta Campus.
The above changes are due to the relocation of the University Senate/Administrative functions from the Bauchi Road Campus to the Permanent site, Naraguta Campus. The University regrets all inconveniencies.
Furthermore, interested bidders are to note that, in case the forth coming Sallah break holiday happens to fall on the opening day, Tuesday August 13, 2019 as specified in the advert, then, the opening will be conducted on the next day, Wednesday August 14, 2019. All other information in our adverts remains the same.
